Dell’s Got The Blues

      Dell, the major computer sales company has recently started to fall back in customer service quality and the effectiveness of it’s direct sales. They are said to be falling back behind Apple and Hewlett Packard, two rival companies. Does Micheal Dell have what it takes to turn the company around? The $60 billion company says that their supply chain and manufacturing can be improved. With slots to fill in Dell’s business, are they going to pull themselves together? Micheal Dell says, “we’re going to turn this company around.”
